1. Introduction Dance Therapy For All offers online dance/movement therapy classes for all demographics in private sessions and groups.

2. Online Service All sessions are conducted online. Participants must have access to a reliable internet connection and a device capable of running the necessary software.

3. Payment Participants must pay in full online before attending any session. Prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.

4. Cancellations Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be rescheduled or refunded.

5. Refunds Refunds are only given to participants if the session or sessions they bought have not already passed. No refunds will be given for sessions that have already taken place.

6. Intellectual Property All content on the Dance Therapy For All website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dance Therapy For All and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or modify any content on our website without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer Dance Therapy For All is not a substitute for medical or psychological advice, and participants should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional if necessary. Dance Therapy For All assumes no responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during or as a result of participating in our online sessions. Dance Therapy For All reserves the right to terminate any participant's access to the online sessions at any time if they violate the terms and conditions or behave inappropriately during the sessions.
