Do you offer a trial session?

For every potential new participant, i offer a 15 minute voice or video call to see if you will be a good fit and to answer any questions you may have!

What if I am busy during your session times?

For Group sessions, I am very flexible and willing to accomodate to my participants schedules, within reason. I must first ask the other participants in that group if the session time change is alright. with them. Private 1-on-1 classes are available at anytime.

What if I have to miss a session?

Accepted Answer

No worries, if you let me know up to a maximum of 24 hours after you missed a session we can reschedule the next one for you.
